Domenic Provence

Domenic Provence is a Firefighter/Paramedic with Heartland Fire & Rescue and has proudly served the City of La Mesa for the past 22 years. He has served as President of IAFF Local 4759 since 2020, leading the Local with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to open communication.

As President, Domenic is dedicated to advocating for the firefighters of Local 4759 while fostering strong relationships with department leadership, elected officials, and community partners. He believes effective leadership is built on trust, transparency, and collaboration, and is committed to ensuring the Local remains a strong voice for its members and the communities they serve.
